Provides support and advocacy for colleagues with caring responsibilities, including care for elderly dependants, individuals with disabilities, or those living with long term health conditions.

Champions an inclusive culture in which LGBTQ+ colleagues and community members feel respected, valued, and supported, and where equality and visibility are actively promoted.

Promotes inclusion across race, ethnicity and cultural heritage by raising awareness, removing barriers, fostering allyship, and advocating for equitable access to opportunities.

Raises awareness of neurodiversity and supports neurodivergent colleagues by promoting understanding, inclusion, and practices that enable individuals to thrive.
