Smart Working
We know that one size doesn't fit all. So, depending on your unique circumstances, how your team operates, and our customers' needs, we offer a blend of home- and office-based working. We call it Smart.
We typically work at least 40% of our time away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Spending time together is a core aspect of working at AXA.
Flexible Working
If full-time work isn't right for you, you can ask about our flexible working options. We'll do our very best to accommodate your needs and balance them with the needs of your team and our customers.
Part Time
Anything below 35 hours per week, over agreed days.
Condensed Hours
A longer working day, allowing 1 agreed day off per week.
Work From Abroad
Our people can work in approved overseas locations for up to 10 working days per year.
"I have four kids, so hybrid working is invaluable to me. Everyone's trusted to manage their work and priorities in the way that they see fit."
